Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
In4Rtech Solutions Ltd. (“In4Rtechâ€, “weâ€, “usâ€) handles information submitted through this website as described below. This page describes the website’s current features; it does not replace any rights that apply under local data-protection law.
Information you provide
The project enquiry form collects your name, email address, project details, and any optional company, service, or other details you choose to provide. The site stores submissions in Firebase Realtime Database so our team can review and respond.
If you use Ask In4Rtech, your current question and recent messages in that chat are sent to Google Gemini to generate a response. The website does not save chat history in its database. Google processes those requests under its own terms and privacy practices. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, contact you, and maintain related business records. We do not use this website to sell your submitted information.
Legal basis
We use enquiry details to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps you ask us to take before entering a service agreement. We use limited technical information to operate and protect the website and to prevent abuse. If you use the AI assistant, we use the question and recent chat messages to provide the answer you requested. In4Rtech should confirm and document the applicable legal basis for each of these uses.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in Firebase Realtime Database and remain there until an administrator deletes them. The site does not currently apply an automatic retention period. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie; the site also stores your display-theme choice in your browser’s local storage and temporary project-page navigation in session storage.
Third-party services
The site uses Google Fonts, Google Gemini, Firebase, and Vercel services. Contact submissions are stored in Firebase Realtime Database and administrator sessions and request limits are stored in Cloud Firestore. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, depending on the service and configuration. Their own terms and privacy information apply. In4Rtech should confirm the applicable transfer safeguards with its providers.
Your data rights
Depending on the law and legal basis that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to some processing, or to receive information in a portable format. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
